Andalucia surely still is one of the best parts in Spain. You can easily spend two weeks exploring its white villages with its narrow streets and many small family operated accommodations. Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada are the big cities you might want to include. Each has historical centers with ancient palaces and churches well worth a visit. The coastal area is a bit overbuild with many apartment blocks mostly owned by British citizens, so try to avoid that part. All else is just eye catching and relaxing in particular if you come in spring. We generally found inexpensive places and food.
