While in port in Oslo, Norway we booked a tour of the Vigeland Sculpture Park. This Park is so amazing! There are over 200 sculptures in the Park by Vigeland (making it the largest park in the world with sculptures by a single artist). The sculptures were completed from 1939 to 1949. The Park is very large and (in my opinion) rather strange. The sculptures can be very life like, but some of them are just plain strange. There is the famous “angry boy,” and a water fountain made up of the story of the lifespan of man. Each one was so different, it was well worth the time to visit.
