I have to say, the View Lounge on the 39th floor of the San Francisco Marriott Marquis here is a must see if you're visiting SF. The bar opens up with their known open windows on both sides of the building with smaller windows to get you that full view. Come during golden hour and Wow!. The only con is that is place is so popular so if you don't come early the wait and the amount of people in the location can be a lot. Most times if you're not lucky you will need to stand and service can be tough.
We didn't end up trying the food here but ended up getting drinks here. Drinks will run you on average ~$17+ plus. Not too unusual for SF but drinks were on the upper side of the price scale. I really enjoyed the Peary Winkle (gin based). The drink was light and fruity. Service here is okay and they do well to handle the space especially with all the people, but they aren't the most attentive. You definitely need to be able to flag them down if you want to order another round or get your check.
