Today we were able to spend a couple of hours in the Erst’e Lounge at the Prague Airport in the Czech Republic. We were there earlier in the morning so we were practically the only visitors and I found the lounge to be more than adequate. It is on the second floor of the D concourse, to the left as we exited the elevators. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The men’s and women’s bathrooms each had a private shower with all necessary amenities. There are two food stations, one on either side of the check-in desk, and both were fully stocked with cold cuts, olives, freshly chopped veggies and other yummy morning foods. The warm food section had cereals and hot oatmeal, toasters for bagels and all condiments. The bars are also in the food and drink area and are self serve. I especially loved the espresso machine. Each back corner had a large area devoted to children, stocked with toys, games, large floor pillows and a television tuned to a children’s channel. All in all it was a comfortable stay while waiting for our flight.
