One of the best things about travel is when you just stumble into something you weren't expecting. A bartender tells you where to get the best tacos in town, a wrong turn leads to a beautiful drive, or you stumble into some live music that is wonderful. On our way to Calgary's amazing library, we heard live music and ended up at Olympic Plaza to see this woman singing over a recorded track before a pretty good band played. There were people sitting all over the place enjoying themselves and we stayed for about thirty minutes, enjoying both the music and the comrade that comes along with an event like this. It was one of my favorite parts of our time there and another reminder to always follow the sound of live music!
