Tourists in Dublin

Dublin, Ireland
1 Kudo
With only one full day in Dublin on our Ireland honeymoon my new husband and I wanted to cover some ground. We purchased the hop on/off bus pass which brought you by the top spots with the convenience of getting off to explore. The Museum near our hotel on Kildare Street was free and a wealth of information on Ireland's history. We visited Kilmainham Gaol the former prison in Dublin which turned out to be another wealth of history. Walking the grounds of Trinity College thinking about the intellects that have passed the same paths we were standing on was inspiring. We can't wait to spend more time in Dublin on our next trip, one day was just a tease.
