When you think of chili you may not think of Cincinnati, but you should! Skyline Chili serves a classic Cincinnati-style chili, which is much thinner than, say, a Texan chili, but is also distinctive in its flavor with spices such as cinnamon, cloves, and cocoa. There are 2 main ways to serve the chili - first is over small coney dogs, piled high with cheese, and the second is over a plate of spaghetti, again piled high with cheese. You can order it as a 3-way (chili, cheese, spaghetti), 4-way (chili, cheese, spaghetti, onions) or 5-way (chili, cheese, spaghetti, onions, and kidney beans). Hands down my favorite place to eat when visiting Ohio.
