Memphis makes hearts beat a little faster for those who love music. The city is home to no other than Elvis as well to several other successful musicians such as the legendary Jerry Lee Lewis. You will find his hand prints close to the famous Sun Records Studio where he basically grew up in. For those who maybe not so familiar with the man, he was one of the most famous Rock’n Roll players of all times. He often played the piano standing up with such an energy that he earned the nickname “The Killer” for the way he knocked out his audiences. One of his very successful songs that is still played today is “Great Balls of Fire” which was originally released at the end of 1957. Jerry Lee Lewis is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since 1986 and he is still going strong.
