One of the great thing about Siena, Italy is that it is not as busy as Rome and Florence and you still get the historical feel and surrounding. It was early March, a bit cold and wet but it was amazing that there were no crowds at all. The only complaint is that most shop close up earlier when there is still daylight when we arrived at the Piazza del Campo, a plaza filled with restaurants and shops. The Tower of Mangia was beautiful and sit about 289 feet tall. It view was beautiful, without the crowd, it was prefect.
