The 360 degree movie to beat all 360 degree movies

Arromanches-les-Bains, Normandy, France
15 Kudos
Because Arromanches-les-Baines is the home of the Gold Beach landing of the British troops, they have dedicated this area to memorializing this part of the war. Part of their dedication includes a 360 degree theater, featuring 9 screens, that plays the most intense footage I have ever seen. For a small fee (as of today, 6 euros/adult, 5.50 euro for kids 10 and up, free for 10 and under) you can view the almost 20 minute video that is made from never-before-seen footage. It includes the good, the bad and the ugly, but not in that particular order. My entire family left awestruck, and a little choked up, after viewing this movie.

Definitely pay to see this movie! They recommend that kids stay near the doors, but all of our kids (3, 8, 10) were just fine.
