It may be just me, but where I come from it is a rare thing to find a road that goes in a straight shot for any extended amount of distance. So I found it striking when we happened across this road during our explorations of northern Ohio. It is dead on straight, with the only variation being the rises and dips of the hills. It makes for easy driving and is probably safer than roads with lots of twists and turns. I like how the sides of the road are wooded, and you almost but do not quite get the sensation that you get from a canopy road.
