When I was in Seattle visiting my family, we took the kids snow tubing at the Summit Tubing Center in Snoqualmie Pass, a few hours outside of Seattle. The drive there was gorgeous, driving through the snow-covered Cascades. The tubing itself was very fun, although the snow got very slippery from all of the people and it was very easy to fall. When you got to the bottom of the hill, you could get back up via the conveyor belt system, which had a huge line, or walking up a VERY steep hill that was extremely hard to get up. We didn't end up going down that many times because it took so long to get back up. It was still a fun day though with my nieces and nephews. The snow in the area was some of the deepest I've ever seen.
