Atlantic Avenue is a heart and soul of Delray Beach. It is a shopping and eating heaven and might be the busiest scene in South Florida, outside of Miami. It is almost a mile long and you will see all kinds of restaurants, most of them with outside seating. The only problem is parking. Definitely tricky to find a parking spot especially on the busy Saturday night. We had a chance to try all kinds of delicious meals - including tons of seafood, oysters and mussels. Shops were hit or miss. Some were galleries, artsy stores, some had clothes and jewelry.
