On a road trip my husband and I were on visiting several national parks out west, one of our stops was to Bryce Canyon. I have another post about the actual park so be sure to read it and make it a stop when travelling in the area. It's simply spectacular. We stayed across the street from Ruby's at the Bryce View Lodge. We were hoping for something with a view but didn't get it. The lodge was clean and met our needs for the short time we were staying there. We walked across the street to Ruby's and enjoyed a cowboy's buffet dinner. It was quick, hearty and not too expensive. I loved looking around at all the old time photos in the restaurant showing how the Inn was when it first opened up. There are lots of activities and tours you can book right at the complex.
