Resaca De La Palma State Park is one of the southernmost state parks in the entire continental United States. As a result, it features landscapes, flora, and fauna, that are not found in other parts of the United States.
One of the main reasons why people come to Resaca De La Palma State Park is to view the great variety of birds that can be found there. Other people come to visit the observatory. Still, others come for the great hiking.
I took this photograph at the end of the Ebony Trail. This very short trail leads to this boardwalk where you can have a nice view of the actual Resaca De La Palma itself.
