When it comes to hotels in very picky. Not because I feel that I am better than anyone or because I feel that I deserve Royal treatment. Is just the fact that customer service seems to be no longer Existent, the customer is always right has gone out the window and AC employees rights more than anything. Now of course I am not saying to borate the staff or treat them as slaves or peasants.
I just wish things would go back to the old days where customers were actually treated like they were the ones who paid their checks and bills. With that being said I think that embassy suite downtown Tampa convention center really lived up to that standard. I was thoroughly surprised and the staff was AMAZING!!! Don't forget the cook to order breakfast.
