While exploring the back country of Monument Valley, our guide stopped us to show us something special. At first, we couldn't see what he was pointing at, it appeared to be just a flat piece of sandstone. However, he then poured a bit of water on the sandstone slab, and then they appeared, clear as day. What looked like dinosaur tracks! Were they real? I am suspicious. To be honest, it was the right kind of rock to see such tracks, but they looked a little too perfect. I was too lazy to research it when I got home, but it's not too late, perhaps I'll follow this story up with a part II.
