Pulling away from Belfast on the ferry to Scotland, one is afforded some truly beautiful views. Green spaces, water side villages, and lighthouses make up some of the gorgeous landscape. One of the views that really captured my attention was the seaside town of Whitehead. We had actually driven through the town on our coastal tour of Northern Ireland, but I hadn't noticed the colors of the homes until seeing them from the water. The vibrantly colored homes with the hilly green pastures behind made quite the impression. We also had wonderful views of Blackhead Lighthouse, with the craggy cliffs below it, as we left the city behind.
