Nashvegas, right? We spent a long family weekend in Nashville for the solar eclipse, and despite the name, there's still things to do with the kiddos in tow. First off, Nashville boasts a ton of great food. There were too many restaurants to try for just 4 days. Just know that many of the Southern style spots are only open Monday-Friday during lunch hours, plan ahead! If you want to try the famous Nashville hot chicken, head to Hattie B's or Bolton's, but be prepared to wait. If you have an extra day, I really recommend heading out to J Percy Priest Reservoir, just to the east of the city. The water is beautiful, and we had a great lake day and a killer view to enjoy the eclipse on Monday!
