NYC, the place I call home

New York, NY, United States
2 Kudos
They say you have to live in the city for at least 10 years you can become a true New Yorker. I've lived in the city for close to 9 years now and I feel like I've lived here all my life. I think once you've lived here, it's hard to live anywhere else. You can take a person out of New York but, it's hard to take New York out of a person. You start living, walking and talking the New York way. This city changes you, truly and for good. I've seen people who either love this city or hate this city, there is no in between. I love it and for me, there is no other way of living, but the New York way.
