Within a short walk from the Monet’s house and gardens you can visit Museum of Impressionism. This museum has permanent exhibition dedicated to French Impressionism but is also known for hosting unique temporary exhibitions. If you are coming to Giverny it is a sure bet that you are interested in Impressionism so it would be a good idea to check what is going on in this museum. Admission fee is under 10 euros and we spent about 1.5 hours walking through. It also has a nice outside area ( not as nice as Monet’s garden). I would recommend prioritizing Monet’s gardens if you are short on time.
