Midnight Vegetables. Just in case you forgot something for tomorrow's breakfast, the night market stays open until you need it. In fact, in the entire time we were here, I never actually walked through this market closed. This was one of the more local experiences we found with vendors selling all kinds of food and little else. No fabrics, or ceramics, or odds and ends designed for tourists. Here you bought bread, beans, cucumbers, and cauliflowers. Whole sheep's heads, rice in every variety, fish of even more variety, chickens live and dead. Everything edible, and some things I swear should not be, were on sale.
