There are parts of Delaware that are changing rapidly with the influx of people form outside of Baltimore, Philly, and the Tri-State area near NYC. One of the towns to benefit from this new infusion of culture has been Smyrna. As the population has almost doubled in the past ten years so has the number of quality restaurants. The Lemon Leaf Cafe is built into a historic 120 year old renovated house. The layout of the house, with the small rooms on all three floors, allows for an great dinner setting. The food, local beer/liquor/wine that is sold, and atmosphere really separate from the traditional chain restaurants in the area.
