From London, my travels took me to the amazing city of Prague in the Czech Republic. Becoming more of a tourist attraction year by year, it had a lot of foreign travelers as to be expected. This city is truly magical and it is quite hard to put it into words. The old town across the Charles Bridge is absolutely immaculate and it feels like you are walking in a dream. The best way I can describe the architecture is a real life gothic Disneyworld. Every street you walk down appears to be lined with castles or palaces. While the city is absolutely stunning, the locals are very cold and uninviting of tourists. I know this can happen in such places, but it was a bit disappointing when trying to make friends with locals in restaurants and bars. They seem to be very disinterested in travelers from the US. Overall, I loved Prague and cannot wait to go back for a longer period of time when the weather is a little warmer.
