The house of Paella has a very authentic taste. When I first entered the restaurant I was skeptical because I have been to Barcelona Spain and had real Paella and Sangria. Not to say that a person from Spain cannot make an amazing dish but the ingredients in different places give it a different taste and YES the water does really make a difference...LOL... The taste was very authentic it was a bit pricey about $50-70 for 2 people to eat off of a Paella and then Tapas ranging from $9-15 but it is well worth your money and the experience. Our waitress was originally from Spain and was very enthusiastic about the food and even gave us complimentary drinks.
