Historic Trappe Tavern

Trappe, PA, United States
16 Kudos
Earlier this year we were looking for someplace quick and easy to meet friends for a dinner before a concert. We made the decision to meet up at the Trappe Tavern on Ridge Pike in Trappe Pennsylvania. "The Trappe" as it is known locally is a historic tavern dating back to the 1700's when John Jacob Schrack opened a tavern near Collegeville. The name "Schrack" eventually evolved into Trappe. The Trappe has been a popular tavern since it was reestablished in 1989. They have a huge about of seating inside and a nice outside deck area. They have a decent food menu with lots of options and a great selection of micro-brew beers.
