Manchester Central Library is a prominent building close to Manchester Town Hall. It is a very unusual building - even from the outside, round in share, with grand tall federal style looking columns. inside are huge research rooms, quiet spaces and lot and lots of books. We walked in inside because we saw an advertisement for a temporality exhibition located inside, which had to do with history of Manchester and specifically music trends. We enjoyed the exhibition, but even more we loved the style and atmosphere inside. Make sure to look at the highly decorated ceiling, grand staircase and columns inside. There is a small cafe inside if you need a snack.
