Big cities have certainly become more interesting as improvements in material science, has allowed architects and engineers the opportunity to explore the creative side of their profession. The skylines of today have exploded with new designs. The concrete towers of the 1940's and glass rectangles of the 1980's have been superseded by designs like the one before you. This looks like something a toddler would build out of smaller blocks and looks like it could be knocked over during a temper tantrum. I give a lot of credit to the design team that came up with this idea, but to be honest, I am not sure I would want to live there.
