These coastal roads were a consistent highlight for me on the trip. Even when we turned inland for a bit, we usually found ourselves on a stretch that looked like this at least part of the day most days. It was interesting, right around the southeastern corners of the country, we started seeing mile after mile of prime coastal real estate covered in these greenhouses. Farming of all sorts had taken over here, and a lot of what I though was valuable development land had been converted and used as intensive agricultural space. It messed up the view a bit as you turned the corner on these magnificent stretches of coast road.
