The lavatory in the Air New Zealand Airbus A320 was surprisingly clever. When you shoot a picture just the right way, you might not even suspect that you are in a small lavatory (small but not obscenely small a la AA 737 Max). The back wall has paintings of a black bunny lamp stand holding up the lamp, a teacup and saucer set, Two hourglasses, a flying pig with bronze wings, a turboprop seaplane on a stand, and a small bookshelf containing 6 books, a snowglobe, and a decorative piece. I wonder what they are implying, with painted books like "Best Meat Pie fillings", "Fine vineyards of New Zealand", and "Vacation calories don't count"? It all looks so real!
