I landed in Singapore late afternoon from Bali, and didn't waste a minute of time there! After checking into the hotel, I walked to the hawker food stalls and had delicious dinner. I was unfamiliar with the bus schedules in Singapore, so I decided to catch a cab to one of its main attractions: Gardens By The Bay!
Admission is free to the general area of this garden, but there are some entrance fees to some of its main attractions! I definitely enjoyed the Supertree Grove! This huge lighted tree-like attractions are definitely an attention seeker standing tall at 82ft - 160ft!
I purchased an entrance ticket for the Sky-Walk for $5 SGD! I waited in line for approximately 20 minutes, and while waiting, they started to do the nightly "light show" with the SuperTrees! The lights were synced with cheesy pop music, but still entertaining.
Anyway, the views from the top of the sky-walk was simply breathtaking! You can see Marina Bay Sands light up and the iconic skyline Singapore is known for!
