Hartford, CT, United States
15 Kudos
Located on Trinity Street going toward downtown Hartford, Connecticut is a huge arch dedicated to 4k citizen who served in the Civil War and those who dies in the cause, this amazing arch is called Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Arch, the shaped is like of a castle pillars . It is a very unique structure surrounds by Bushnell Park. It is also known as the first notable permanent triumphal arch to be built in America. Though we did not spend time in Bushnell Park and our main intention was to drive by the arch, the drive was quite pleasant and the park was nice and clean and relativity quite.
