We visited Beijing the capital of China in December time frame. The weather is cloudy and lots of snow and super cold. We visited the Great Wall of China and the forbidden city. We also got a chance to taste the Peking Duck which is the famous dish has been prepared since the imperial era. Now is just become national dish of China. There's one duck can make into two different dishes. The first dish is prized for the thin, crisp skin, with authentic versions of the dish serving mostly the skin and little meat, sliced in front of the diners by the cook and served with the white bun and they took the rest of the duck to make it into soup.
