We used to live in Philly and still have lot of reasons to visit even when it's December. We were rewarded for braving the cold when we visited Philadelphia's Christmas village at Love Park and we're treated to a baked cheese raclette sandwich from the baked cheese Haus in Wisconsin. It was a slow day so I had a chance to talk to them and apparently they set up carts in a few different places during holiday markets including New York City and Chicago. it was really cool to watch them shave the melted cheese onto a bag at that had been prepared with mustard and then the whole thing was topped with pickles. The bread was awesome and the sandwich was just what we needed to warm up.
