There are unending choices of trendy shops and cafes around the Melrose Avenue and one of the places that we visited during our recent family trip to LA area was the Carrera Cafe. The cafe is right on the Melrose Avenue, a few minutes down the road from the Melrose Trading Post. The cafe has Italian style sandwiches and salads, but more famous for their unique foam art. We've got a cafe latte and sure enough, we could see why this place is popular and known for its foam art. I am not sure how they do this, but it surely does not look like it is done by some sort of machine. Maybe they are using 3D printing for foam art? Not sure... By the way, sandwich and salad both were very good and coffee tasted also pretty good.
