Aloo Palak. After countless nights eating Indian takeout, it was only fitting that our first real Indian meal was our favorite order from the Indian restaurant back home: Aloo Palak. Pan fried or baked potatoes are served up in a delicious creamy spinach and cheese sauce that is cooked thoroughly into goodness with dry fried local spices chosen differently by each chef.. The whole thing is ridiculously rich and it is hard not to lick the plate clean. Which is fine because you can order as many hand-made naan as you need to get every last bit of deliciousness out of the pan.
