For our last trip to Alaska, we flew into and out of the Anchorage airport, formally known as Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. This time, we had passes to Alaska Airline's Board Room, which is their passenger lounge.
We like to get to the airport early, and our flight was leaving at 11pm, so having access to the Board Room, especially with kids, was a nice benefit. There are large comfortable chairs, plenty of tables, charging outlets for your electronic devices, free Wi-Fi, and free snacks and drinks. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
Near Gate C, the Alaska Airlines Board Room is a nice retreat in this small, busy airport.
