I have traveled the red rock country in the Southern and Eastern Utah. In my opinion, one of the best hidden gems in the red rock country is the Utah Highway 128 along the Colorado River between the Arches National Park and Interstate 70 on the eastern edge of the Utah. This extremely scenic route, there are a lot of stunning scenes carved in nature. However, there were hints of artificial structure dotted here and there which are mostly discounting beauty of the surrounding nature. But I found this abandoned suspension bridge over the Colorado River is perfectly matching to the rugged wild beauty of nature. This heavenly scenic route is mostly deserted and there was nearly zero traffic.
