Okay, everybody on here knows that I always make a point of visiting bridges during my travels. So many of our older bridges make for some great photograph opportunities - quite unlike many of the boring modern structures that have replaced them. Normally, if I am going to photograph or study a bridge, I actually make a plan to visit it. This one, however was a complete surprise. I was just driving along old US 169 years ago when I suddenly came over a hill and there it was! This bridge is still open to traffic and can be found just off of the new Highway 69 at Fulton, Kansas.
