I did not receive my points at the end of September. I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with a Barclay card representative who told me (after much research) that my points would not add to my account until my billing statement, not at the end of the month. I told him this was not correct but he kept insisting it was. Has the policy changed?
My last statement closed 9/23. My September forum points posted on 10/1.. I know that doesn't answer the question fully but leads me to believe the rep was wrong. Best wishes -Jim
