Sunrise in Merzouga, Morocco, right at the edge of the Sahara. I awoke at 5 AM and made my way into the desert, with my eyes set on one dune towering above the rest. After about half an hour, I reached the top and laid my eyes on a truly magical sunrise. As I began to descend, a group of camels and their riders caught my eye. The sun was not yet high enough to eradicate the dunes' shadows, and by removing the sky from the shot, I was able to capture an immersive desert feeling. It was a moment I'll never forget.
