I believe other users were having similar isssues but my lifetime participation miles are still showing as 0. I found another thread about the problem in May but it looks like the issue was resolved for those users; I also found a discussion from Feb-18 about the same display problem. Anyone else having the same issue and is there a fix or does it resolve on its own?
There has been and ongoing thread about this issue. It has not been resolved for anyone yet. The Moderator Team has been trying to fix the display issue. The miles are tracking correctly on the backend and then transferring to our card accounts within the first couple days of the next month.
